The SB2C Helldiver was a carrier-based dive bomber aircraft used by the United States Navy during World War II. It replaced the SBD Dauntless in most missions as it was much faster. After a rough start to its service the aircraft was flown through the last two years of the Pacific War with a fine combat record.
This high quality replica is handcrafted from mahogany and comes with a wooden base. Length is 14" and wingspan is 18-1/2".
